What an end to the season!🔥

When I say this woman is a trooper I mean it…

Jayne first competed in May and since then she has shown up to the gym, nailed her nutrition, left no stone unturned and continued to come back improved for every show

Today at the @mr_miss_plymouth_show show was absolutely no exception

This is the local show that Jayne has really had her heart set on & she got the trophy she deserved! Best physique yet, best posing yet, and best stage presence to 🤩

Finishing the season off with a bang and I couldn’t be any prouder of you @jayne_39_gregory_ 🤍

Stage shots from @mrandmissdevon 🙌🏻

That’s the last of the stage shots from the season, no doubt that in a few months time I’ll fall into a prep rabbit hole and looks through these with that “Damn I miss prep” feeling 😂

Massive congratulations to bodybuilding client @dannkemp / @dkcoaching.lifestyle who made a return to the circuit this year at last weeks @mrandmissdevon. Dans conditioning was absolutely spot on and he earned 🥈 place in the open pushing a veteran on the circuit all the way.
.
.
Throughout prep, we managed dans fatigue and stress keeping a close eye on many factors allowing him to bring his best package to stage.
.
.
Now we head into an off season and into the grow bag ready to to attack late next year🤝🫡
.
.
Proud of what you brought my guy🔥
