Yesterday I took a chance on a new stylist for Arvaeyah, and y’all… I could CRY! 😭💗

My baby DIDN’T CRY!! 🥹 If you know Arvaeyah and autism, you know how BIG this is. Hair appointments have always been overwhelming for her, so watching her sit calmly and feel safe meant EVERYTHING to me.

I had to record it because I knew nobody would believe me! 😂😭 But look at GOD! He does not play about me or my babies. EVERYTHING HE REMOVES, HE UPGRADES! 🙌🏽💗

Thank you, @stylezbyrikka , for being so gentle and patient with my baby. You didn’t just make her hair beautiful—you made her feel SAFE. 🥹💕

Dear God, thank You for today. 🙏🏽

Thank You for everything You’ve done in this season for my family.

Nobody knows the warfare I’ve had to pray through.
Nobody knows the things I’ve had to ask You to dismantle, expose, remove, and protect us from.

Lord, continue to search the hearts of everyone around us and make things crystal clear—not just for me, but for my husband too.

Give us the wisdom to know who belongs in this next season and the courage to walk away from what doesn’t.

I always tell him:
It’s not about where you’re from.
It’s not about what you used to do.
It’s about where you are NOW and where GOD is taking us.

We cannot keep linking up with darkness and calling it support.
We cannot keep holding onto relationships that God is clearly trying to separate us from.

Lord, help us continue to be set apart.
Protect our home.
Protect our children.
Protect our marriage.
Protect our purpose.

And from this day forward, I declare that EVERYTHING attached to this family will have to line up with the will of God.

Every wrong connection will be exposed.
Every door God did not open will close.
Every assignment sent to distract, divide, delay, or destroy will FAIL.
Our home will have peace.
Our marriage will have covering.
Our children will be protected.
Our purpose will not be aborted.
And what God has for us will NOT be contaminated by what He told us to leave behind.

WE ARE SET APART.
WE ARE COVERED.
WE ARE PROTECTED.
WE ARE OBEDIENT.
WE ARE MOVING FORWARD.

And baby, we are not just blessed down here…

WE ARE HEAVEN BOUND. 🙌🏽🔥

As for me and my house, WE WILL SERVE THE LORD.
