After eight years of helping entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale their businesses, it’s time for my next chapter.

Before the rumours start... 👀

Let me clarify something.

I’m not leaving the personal development space immediately.

2026 will be my final year onboarding in the personal development space, so you can still work with me, join our programmes, and access our services as I transition into an exciting new venture here in Dubai. 🇦🇪

Now I have a question for you...

What do you think my new business is? 🤔

Drop your best guess in the comments below. 👇

A few people already know, so if you’re one of them... don’t spoil it for everyone else. 🤫

13 days until TEDx Doncaster. 💪🏾

I’ve spent years helping people find their voice, build confidence, and step onto stages they once thought were out of reach.

On 18 October, it’s my turn.

This year’s TEDx theme is Undermined.

Over the last few months, I’ve been working on an idea that challenges a belief many of us accept without ever questioning.

The best ideas don’t just inform us.

They make us stop and think.

That’s the goal.

Looking forward to sharing it. 🚀

If you’d like to be in the room, tickets are available now.

We spend a lot of time talking about building wealth.💭

But how often do we talk about protecting it?

In the latest episode of Self Made Unfiltered, we sat down with @katyeatenton_finance.strategy for a conversation that every entrepreneur, professional and parent should hear.

We explored some of the financial conversations many people avoid:

• Protecting your family and future
• Navigating money in relationships
• Credit, planning and long-term security
• Why waiting until "later" can become an expensive mistake

Building wealth matters.

Protecting what you're building matters too.

Because true financial success isn't just about what you earn.

It's about what you keep, protect and pass on.

If you're serious about creating freedom, security and a lasting legacy, this episode will give you plenty to think about.

‼️ An event space can be a lot more than an event space ‼️

When I look at the new @spotlightglobalmedia space, I don’t see one business.

I see opportunities everywhere.

Networking events.
Creator experiences.
Live productions.
TEDx events.
Business events.
Community events.

And that’s just the beginning.

I’ve been hosting events for entrepreneurs for years.

Now, having our own space gives us the freedom to create the experiences we want, bring the right people together, and build completely new opportunities.

The list is endless.

What type of events would you want to see at Spotlight?

Drop your ideas in the comments.

Follow the journey as we build Spotlight from Dubai.

There is a moment that changes everything.

Not when you get the opportunity.

Not when you get the title.

Not when the audience applauds.

The moment you decide your voice deserves to be heard.

I've watched people walk into the Self Made Speakers Academy doubting themselves, questioning whether their story mattered, wondering if they were ready.

Then I've watched them step onto a stage and realise they were far more capable than they ever believed.

That is why this event means so much.

The "LAST EVER Self Made Speakers Showcase" isn't just a day of talks.

It's a celebration of courage.

A celebration of growth.

A celebration of people who chose to stop hiding and start sharing their ideas with the world.

Every speaker you'll see on that stage made a decision at some point:

To stop waiting.
To stop shrinking.
To stop keeping their message to themselves.

And that decision changed everything.

If you've ever wondered what becomes possible when ordinary people choose to use their voice, come and see it for yourself.

If you could make one insurance policy mandatory, what would it be?👀

For @katyeatenton_finance.strategy, the answer was immediate:

Income Protection.

Most people focus on protecting their possessions.

But what protects your income if you're unable to work?

💬 Had you heard of income protection before?

Comment "POD" and I'll send you the link to watch the full episode of Self Made Unfiltered.

It’s a conversation more couples need to have, even if none of us really want to.

Katy Eatenton @katyeatenton_finance.strategy reminds us on Self Made Unfiltered that preparing for the inevitable isn’t about being negative, it’s about making an incredibly difficult time a little less difficult for the people you love.

Listen to find out when, where and how Bianca @biancamillerofficial created hers and how Byron @mrbselfmade reacted 😅

Would your partner know where to find the important documents? Who to contact? What accounts exist? What needs to happen next?

Whether it’s a letter, a folder or a secure file, having everything in one place could make a huge difference when someone is already dealing with grief.

So, be honest... have you created yours? YES or NOT YET? 👇🏾

And when it comes to your business, planning for the unexpected matters too. Follow Alliance Street Consultancy @alliancestreetconsultancy for guidance on building and protecting your business in Dubai.
