When 11-year-old Joshua Danrich (a.k.a. “Mr. Fresh”) @mrfreshglobal couldn’t start a sports car dealership, he went for the next best thing: car air fresheners.

Now aged 15, the young entrepreneur’s hustle has paid off — Mr. Fresh Air Fresheners are officially on shelves at Walmart. Danrich hopes his success will help inspire other children to have confidence in what they can achieve.

We’ve loved keeping up with Joshua’s journey and cheering him on as his business grows. Follow along with Mr. Fresh at BeFreshNow.com.

BOOKS & BBQ: COMMUNITY, LITERACY & IMPACT

What an incredible way to close out our Books & BBQ Summer Literacy Series!

This event went beyond books and BBQ it brought families, educators, organizations, and community leaders together around one shared goal: creating positive experiences with books, literacy, and learning for our children.

This work was made possible through the collaboration of our partners: @urbanstrategiesinc @littlebitstl @stledfund

A heartfelt thank you to all staff, volunteers, and community partners who helped bring this vision to life, and to our guest readers, @joclive and @mrfreshglobal for engaging our youth and bringing stories to life in a powerful way.

Most importantly, thank you to every family who joined us you are the reason this work matters.

When community comes together, we do more than share books we help children build lifelong relationships with reading.

Books. BBQ. Literacy. Community. Impact.

Books & BBQ 📚🔥 — STL showed OUT!

Had the opportunity to capture an amazing day of community, culture, and giving back as @joclive teamed up with @mrfreshglobal @littlebitstl & @blackmenreadstl to support the youth and make an impact one book at a time. ❤️📚

It’s bigger than the BBQ — it’s about investing in our youth, creating opportunities, and changing lives.

Shoutout to everyone who came out and helped make it happen! 🙌🏾

Support however you can. Follow @joclive @mrfreshglobal @littlebitstl @blackmenreadstl @media_relations_girl
