Just a couple of the views I get to enjoy when I make it back to the house each evening while I’m here on my fire assignment. 🔥🏔️

This is the Snake River in Twin Falls, Idaho, and the views are absolutely incredible!

The first picture was taken from the porch. The last few were taken about 100 feet in front of the house, right at the edge of the canyon, looking down toward the bottom.

It’s roughly a 500-foot drop to the bottom, where there’s a golf course and the Snake River flowing through the canyon. 🌊⛰️

Definitely not a bad place to come home to after a long day on assignment! 🇺🇸 by @mrgriff_tally

💗🥏 PARFECTLY PINK PLAYER SPOTLIGHT 🥏💗

⭐ Marshall “Griff” Griffiss - @mrgriff_tally
📍 Havana, Florida
🥏 Tom Brown Park / Buck Lake DGC
PDGA #146090

Welcome to the next feature in our June Men’s Spotlight Series!

Marshall started playing disc golf in 2020 after leaving EMS and looking for something meaningful to do with his spare time. What started as a new hobby quickly became a passion for growing the game, running events, and helping new players feel welcome.

Marshall is well known in the disc golf community as a Tournament Director, event leader, mentor, and someone who continuously makes disc golf happen in the city of Tallahassee.

On a personal note, Marshall has been a strong supporter of my own journey in disc golf. He encouraged my interest in tournament directing, helped me believe I could step into that space, and provided the opportunity for me to help grow the sport.

🥏 What he loves most:
Running events, introducing new players to the game, and watching people have a great time.

💪 What keeps him motivated:
His trust in Jesus Christ.

🥏 Favorite Disc:
EMac Truth — a disc he has trusted since the beginning.

🎉 Fun Fact:
Marshall is a father of six, including four adopted children, and is actively involved at Morningside Church mentoring high school students.

Thank you, Marshall, for your leadership, faith, service, and continued support of women, new players, and the Tallahassee disc golf community. 💗🥏

Had an awesome time today introducing disc golf to three middle school classes! 🥏

I had the chance to teach 75+ students the basics of the game—how to grip a disc, proper throwing form, and the fundamentals of putting. Seeing so many kids excited to learn and try something new was incredible.

Disc golf continues to grow because of opportunities like this, and investing in the next generation of players is one of the most important things we can do for the sport.

Huge thanks to the school and teachers for allowing me to come out and share the game. Who knows… I may have met a few future champions today! 🙌🥏

Grateful to still be out here competing, pushing myself, and doing what I love. Big thanks to everyone who came out, competed hard, and made it a great event. The competition was strong and the vibes were even better

What a weekend 🙌
Running the second Reckoning on the River in Bainbridge was nothing short of awesome. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to run this event for the second year in a row and watch it continue to grow.
This couldn’t have happened without my amazing crew at Southeast Disc Golf Events—y’all put in the work and it shows 💪
Huge thanks as well to the @visit_bainbridge_ga and the City of Bainbridge y'all have truly knocked it out of the park with this course. A HUGE THANK YOU to every volunteer who gave up their weekend to help make this event a success. We truly couldn’t do it without you.
Already looking forward to what’s next 🌊🥏
