Love to all the friends, family, industry pals and fans of both @burytomorrow and @sotaszn we got to hang with.

Aus/NZ has been a huge focus area of growth for me and my clients business the last 5 years and it’s amazing to see it paying off. To see the BT boys stepping into big theatre rooms and for Sota to sell out his debut arena show, both so far away from home isn’t lost on any of us.

So excited for what we are all building together.

An absolutely unbelievable 4 days with the band and crew in @burytomorrow. Two career defining shows at RockamRing/RockimPark followed by two stunning headliners in Graz and Solothurn.

We’ve worked together for 13 years this year, and there are so many exciting and new opportunities on the horizon that I can’t wait to share. I am eternally grateful for both the friendship and business we have with each other and long may it continue.

The band and crew work so hard, and it was amazing to be able to spend an extended period of time with them rather than flying in and out for a show.

The band continues across Europe for another three weeks but boy oh boy, I won’t be forgetting these shows in a hurry.

Four years since I last touched a drink…

It’s hard not to sound self righteous or congratulatory on a day like this but for me this day, June 5th, holds more significance than any other in my history.

For those that knew me before, I truly don’t know how I muddled my way through it. My intentions were good but my execution was poor, my energy was up but always somewhat off. These past four years have just absolutely changed every aspect of my life for the better.

I don’t care if anyone still parties or gets on it, this is for me, and me alone but my oh my - I cannot ever imagine another life for myself.

The clarity, the ambition, the honesty, the mental and physical fitness - I cannot express how much this is about choosing yourself, and your own future.

I feel so grateful to be able to see life through this lens, and whilst not without its troubles and baseball bats to the face sometimes; knowing that I’m starting every day from the same level playing field just gives me the best chance at having a great day, or at least making positive changes to those around me.

I want to continue to be the best partner, friend, manager, family member and human I can be; and I honestly feel I am on that path.

Four years. 1460 days. 2,102,400 minutes since I made the best decision of my life.

We dove into it on this weeks podcast episode which is available now, it was an emotional one.

Thanks to everyone for their love, their support and kind words about the podcast or just this journey in general. I am so proud of the community and safe space we have created and that wouldn’t be possible without everyone’s openness to these conversations.

Whilst I probably come across somewhat evangelical with these posts, if it helps one person re-evaluate a problematic relationship then I truly don’t care. The unfollow button is right up the top, and I won’t stop talking about the positives for as long as I can.

3 weeks, 8 places, thousands of kms driven, even more chilli scrambles eaten, 1 engagement, a cheeky last day festival and the most at peace I’ve ever felt.

Today marks the release of our 100th episode, and also weirdly coincided with us passing 1,000,000 downloads 🤯

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so so so SO much for allowing us to build a safe space and community to speak so openly and honestly about alcohol and drugs. When we started this we had no idea where it would go so have had the opportunity to speak to so many incredible guests, and hopefully help so many people means the world to us.

This podcast would be nothing without our guests and our listeners so thank you for opening up your hearts, minds and ears to us these past two and a bit years.

We have no intention of slowing down and hope we’ve made you laugh along the way.

To Connor, Gibbs, Julie, Jake, our Patreon and everyone who has been there to help make this show - we thank you. Also so much love to Elle and Sarah, our partners who have put up with us recording at 6am and 11pm when we need to rush to get something finished.

We can’t wait to keep going and if you have a little swipe you might see some clues as to who’s coming in the next two seasons 👀.

🇺🇸 OCTOBER ‘25. What a trip. Washington, San Fran, Portland, Salt Lake City and LA. So many good people along the way.

Whether it was a 500 cap club or a huge festival stage it is exciting to see @sotauk’s music reaching so many new humans, and it’s only getting bigger and better. We’ve just announced a humongous debut State of the Art run for February (last slide) and are dedicated to growing this market in 2026.

Another @burytomorrow tour in the bag. Huge work from the band and crew to deliver some of the acts biggest UK shows to date.

Big love to @representclo for hosting the bands debut acoustic performance in this current guise and to all the fans who snapped up our collab shirt within moments of the store opening. Always grateful to work with companies and brands who are up for doing fun and interesting things!

Friend first, manager second, hairdresser third.

An emotional week celebrating the incredible return of @deafhavana and the release of their amazing new record. Thanks to all the amazing crew that made this run so special.

Goes without saying I love these boys with all my heart so to see their growth not just as musicians but as humans has been a joy and it’s a pleasure to work together again.

If you’d told @jvgwritessongs and I in 2013 that twelve years later we’d both be here, sober; we’d never have believed you but here we are. Proud of you boy.
