Summer 26 was a ride. Leaving behind a toxic job, hanging out with my favourite people and not watching a single band at Download.

Last of the shots from the @burytomorrow tour. Doing tour content is one of my all time favourite things to capture. Super appreciative of the band and how they included they made everyone feel whether its crew, other bands, bar staff, fans and even security. Keen for whatever comes next.

How quickly can things spiral before you realise you’re in trouble?

This week on @thinkitsallsober, we’re joined by the brilliant @hannahameliaviney from @class_a_people.

Hannah opens up about how addiction took over her life, the chaos that followed, the impact it had on the people around her, and what it really took to rebuild. We also dive into adult ADHD, recovery, identity, and why understanding yourself can change everything, one step at a time.

It’s raw, honest, informative, funny where it needs to be, and a conversation we think a lot of people will relate to, whether addiction has touched your life directly or not.

A huge thank you to Hannah for taking the time to have this conversation with us.

To anyone struggling, you know where we are and remember…you’ve got this. ❤️

Episode out now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube.
