Completed 6 years housebound due to #severemecfs 🛌🏠 Early 2023 I made the difficult decision to leave London in search for better quality of life as the city just doesn’t take kindly to disabled people. The move seemed like an impossible task in my condition but with the help of @gerryfv and @micchristodoulou I managed it. Now two years later I have a bigger place with an outside space so I don’t feel so confined after so many years housebound. The small distances in Cyprus mean I rarely need to use the wheelchair, and the weather perks me up. I remain housebound but just this small change has improved my limited life. I feel so blessed that I’ve been able to achieve this considering how severe I am. My thoughts go out to all the housebound and bedbound people who feel trapped in their homes, beds and bodies. I wish moments of relief to all ♥️ #mecfsawareness #millionsmissing #mecfs #housebound by @mrk.0s

After 6 long years without, finally experienced a brief moment in nature 🙏🏽 Was exhausting and I was mostly out of it, dizzy and lying down with eyes closed but glad I did it!Thank you @patsiasandme for making this happen despite the difficulty, means the world 🦋 Last picture spot me lying down all wrapped up with my noise cancelling headphones and eye mask 😂 #mecfsawareness #mecfs #millionsmissing by @mrk.0s
