🐾🎉 Our little (BIG) Whiskey turned 7 on Tuesday! 🥩🎂

Every year we make a pretty big deal out of Whiskey’s birthday. Our boy usually gets a nice steak for dinner and maybe even a little dessert because, well… he’s Whiskey and he’s just a little bougie. 😂❤️

But this year, Tuesday was BUSY! I took the grandkids to Oklahoma City for the day, Steve had a staff dinner that evening, and somehow we blinked and it was Thursday when we suddenly realized…

😳 OH MY GOODNESS! WE FORGOT WHISKEY’S BIRTHDAY!!

We are officially terrible dog parents. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

So last night we made up for it! While Mom and Dad sat there eating our chicken, Whiskey enjoyed his very own 12-ounce steak courtesy of his dad. 🥩🐶

And of course, Dad didn’t just set it down… he fed him piece by piece with a fork like the spoiled little prince he is. 😂🥩

I’m pretty sure all was forgiven the second that first bite came off the fork. 😂 He didn’t care one bit that his birthday celebration was a few days late!

Happy 4th Birthday to our little (BIG) Whiskey! 🐾❤️ You are spoiled rotten, loved beyond measure, and apparently very willing to forgive us as long as steak is involved. 😂🥩

Here’s to another year of Whiskey being Whiskey! 🥳🐶❤️ by @mrsclick90

Hey Facebook friends!

I’m hoping someone in the Moore, OK area can help us out. My daughter Chloe and her husband, Tristen, have a rental house that has poison oak growing in the backyard. Unfortunately, every time Tristen mows, he ends up at Urgent Care because he’s highly allergic to it.

We’re looking for a reliable handyman or yard person who is NOT allergic to poison oak and would be willing to remove it for them. Steve can’t help either since he’s allergic as well.

If you know someone trustworthy in the Moore area, would you please tag them below or send me a message? We’d really appreciate any recommendations. Thank you so much! 💚 by @mrsclick90

🤍 I’m so excited to share something new with you! 🤍

After a lot of prayer and reflection, I’ve created a brand-new Facebook page called Wild Grace. This page is a reflection of who I am and the things I love most.

Wild Grace is where faith meets style, family, and everyday grace. It’s a place where I’ll be sharing:

✨ Faith and Scripture
✨ Outfit inspiration and everyday style
✨ Beauty and favorite finds
✨ Family and GiGi life
✨ Travel and adventures
✨ Honest conversations, encouragement, and all the little moments that make life beautiful

One thing I’m especially excited about is using this page to support other people, too! If you’re a small business owner, creator, maker, or have something you’re passionate about, I’d love to help shine a light on it. Don’t be afraid to send me a DM—I’d love the opportunity to feature you and support your business whenever I can.

💛 I have one small favor to ask! Facebook requires 100 followers before I can begin sharing live videos, and I’d love to reach that milestone as soon as possible. If you’d join my new page—and even invite a friend or two—you’d be helping me more than you know!

👉 Join me here:

https://www.facebook.com/share/18rq378X7Z/?mibextid=wwXIfr

Thank you for always supporting me and cheering me on through every new adventure. I truly look forward to connecting with all of you as we begin this exciting new chapter together!

With love,

Yesterday I got to try a new hairstylist, and I have to tell you… I couldn’t be happier! ❤️

After my longtime stylist moved to Texas, I wasn’t sure where to go. So, funny enough, I turned to ChatGPT. 😂 I told it exactly what I was looking for—a stylist who specializes in curly hair, uses more natural products, and understands curls instead of trying to fight them.

It gave me several suggestions, but one name kept standing out: Jasmine at Siren Hair Salon.

It took me almost two months to get an appointment, but it was absolutely worth the wait.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The salon is adorable, they offered tea and snacks while my hair was drying, and Jasmine was an absolute gem. She listened, made thoughtful suggestions, taught me a few things about my curls, and gave me a style I genuinely love.

If you’re in the Tulsa area and have curly hair, I highly recommend Siren Hair Salon—especially Jasmine. She truly has a gift.

And who would’ve thought… ChatGPT would help me find my new hairstylist? 😄 Sometimes technology gets it exactly right! 💚 taken in Siren Curl Studio by @mrsclick90

🚨 Buyer Beware: My Experience with the Oura Ring 4 🚨

If you’re considering purchasing an Oura Ring 4, I encourage you to do your research before spending your money.

I have now had two Oura Ring 4s fail with the exact same issue—they simply stopped charging. My original ring had to be replaced, and less than two months after receiving the replacement, it stopped working again.

The product failure is frustrating enough, but the customer service has been even worse.

❌ There is no customer service phone number to call.
❌ Emails have gone unanswered.
❌ The chatbot repeatedly tells me no replacement will be issued and offers no meaningful solution.
❌ Despite requesting help, I have been unable to get a real person to address my case.

When you spend several hundred dollars on a product that’s marketed as a premium health device, you expect it to last and you expect the company to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I genuinely regret recommending Oura to friends and family.

If you’ve had a similar experience, I’d appreciate you sharing it in the comments. And if you know someone considering an Oura Ring, please share this post so they can make an informed decision before purchasing.

Oura, I’d still welcome the opportunity for someone from your company to contact me and make this right. ŌURA by @mrsclick90

Love Shows Up ❤️

“Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18

It’s easy to say, “I love you.” The harder question is: Does my life show it?

Godly love isn’t measured by beautiful words. It’s revealed in everyday actions. It shows up with a meal when someone is hurting. It sends the text just to check in. It celebrates someone else’s success without jealousy. It sits beside a grieving friend even when there are no perfect words to say.

Romans 12:15 tells us to “Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.” That is what love looks like. Love enters someone else’s joy without envy and someone else’s pain without looking for a quick escape.

Then Paul paints the picture even more clearly in 1 Corinthians 13. Love is patient. Love is kind. It isn’t proud or self-seeking. It doesn’t keep score. It believes the best, extends grace, protects, perseveres, and never gives up.

In a world where love is often reduced to feelings or empty words, God calls us to something deeper. He calls us to love like Jesus.

So today, don’t just tell someone they’re loved. Show them. Be present. Be patient. Be forgiving. Be encouraging. Sometimes the greatest sermon we’ll ever preach is simply the way we love people.

Because real, godly love doesn’t just speak.

Love shows up. ❤️

Lately I’ve realized that the older I get, the less I want a crowd and the more I value a circle.
The kind of friendships I’m talking about aren’t flashy. They’re the quiet, steadfast ones.
The friends who laugh until you cry over dinner, wander through little shops together, take road trips, watch movies, pray for one another, celebrate life’s victories, and show up during the hard seasons too.
The ones who check on you just because you crossed their mind.
The ones where months can pass, but the conversation picks right back up where it left off.
The ones who love you enough to tell you the truth, pray with you, encourage you, and remind you that you’re never alone.
Distance doesn’t weaken these friendships. Time doesn’t erase them. They are built on love, trust, grace, and the choice to keep showing up for one another.
As I step into this next season of life, I’ve been praying for more of these “front porch” friendships—where conversation comes easy, laughter is plentiful, faith is shared, and everyone feels at home. The kind where life isn’t perfect, but it’s better because you’re walking through it together.
If you’re longing for friendships like that too, maybe this is your reminder that you’re not the only one. Sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one coffee date, or one “Would you like to get together?” to begin something beautiful.
“Two are better than one… If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9–10 ❤️ by @mrsclick90
