Found this dog on Sunday in my neighborhood and it was going to be super cold overnight. no collar no one looking for him so I scooped him up and thought a Fb and Nextdoor post and surely his family would find him. Well it’s been 4 days and a wild time in my relatively calm home. I’ve learned A TON about lost and found dogs and what to and not to do so today I’m excited to say after calling all the apartments near my place his family was found and he was reunited! His name is Tito and there are three kiddos who will be so happy he was not lost forever. Shout out to Beverly from @austinlostandfoundpets for her help, thanks to @tomlinsonsfeed for the free food, treats and a bath, to work for letting me juggle, and to the sweet ppl that were willing to help. One lady gave me a hug for helping him. To say it’s overwhelming is an understatement but I can only imagine I got to help for a reason. Also-this was an awesome distraction and even evie learned some things! taken in Northwest Hills - Far West, Austin, Texas by @mrsings

Around the holiday last year I started saying out loud that I’d like to relearn the piano or maybe learn the mandolin. It’s been a min but today while on a walk with evie this was just sitting on top of an abandoned couch and other misc things that someone moving just have discarded. It’s not in perfect shape but it’s obvious it was meant for me to find! Haha! I’ll keep you posted on what happens next. #trashtotreasure #onemanstrash by @mrsings

No matter how long it’s been, Ashley Holbert Smith and I can find each other and pick up like no time has past! Meet in preschool, BFFs always, moved away and reconnected through ZTA and now it’s been a min but here we are by chance in Terlingua, TX of all places! definitely made my day!
