Made both games of the double header yesterday at Fenway. Games 34 and 35 for Georgia and she did great the whole day!
First game seats were right behind home plate and on TV the whole game and then game 2 we got the luxury box and Georgia got to meet and Dwight Evans red Rox legend.

I’ve always loved the idea that your anniversary is really your family’s birthday — but this year, on our 10th, it hits me differently. Because ten years ago today, it was just you and me standing in Traverse City, having the most perfect day and promising to build a life together. And now I get to look around at everything that promise became.

Our perfect girl, Georgia, whom we both adore beyond words. Our Louie. Our home. The business we’ve built together. The family and friendships that surround us. This big, beautiful, busy life that is so completely ours.

Joel, through every version of these last ten years, you have been my rock, my constant, and my lighthouse — unwavering through life’s storms and always there beside me.

I loved you so much on our wedding day, but I don’t think I could have possibly understood then what it would mean to love you after building an entire life together. I look at you, at Georgia, at our family, and I truly cannot believe how lucky we are.

I’m so grateful for this life we dreamed about, the life we worked for, and especially the parts we never could have dreamed would be this good.

Ten years married, and I’d still choose you. I’d still choose us. I’d still choose this life, over and over again.

Cannot wait to celebrate all weekend long. 🤍

On June 10, Georgia took her very first steps. 🤍

Watching her start walking before her first birthday was such a special milestone, and we couldn’t be prouder of our sweet girl. I was lucky enough to capture the moment on camera, and it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.

One whole year of loving our Georgia Grace. 🤍☝️

On Sunday, we celebrated our sweet girl turning ONE, surrounded by the family and friends who have loved her, cheered her on, and helped us navigate every beautiful, messy, unforgettable step of parenthood.

This past year has changed us in the very best ways. Georgia has filled our days with dancing, laughter, perspective, and a love we never knew existed. Watching so many people gather to celebrate the little girl who has brought so much joy into our lives was something we’ll treasure forever.

To our village—thank you for showing up, loving our girl so fiercely, and helping shape her first year into something so incredibly special.

As we close out June, I find myself feeling so grateful for this past year. Being Georgia’s parents have changed us. We’ve slowed down (a touch), we’ve taken inventory, and we’ve stopped to smell the roses.

Somehow, the little things have become the big things. Morning cuddles, neighborhood walks, boat rides, Cubs games, dinners with friends, and watching the world through her eyes have reminded us what really matters.

June gave us sunshine, laughter, and one last month before our baby girl turns one. What a beautiful season of life this has been. Here’s to soaking up every moment and carrying this gratitude into the next chapter. 🤍 taken in Chicago, Illinois by @mrsschaub

One year ago, we celebrated our sweet Georgia Grace 🦢🤍

Looking back, I can still feel the excitement, anticipation, and overwhelming joy that filled this room. What followed has been one of the most beautiful years of our lives—watching Georgia grow, learning how deeply we could love, and creating memories we’ll cherish forever.

We were surrounded by friends who traveled from across the country to celebrate this little girl before she even arrived, and that love has carried us through every moment since.

A heartfelt thank you to @nicolebmarty and @the_aymster1 for creating the most magical Swan Soirée, and to @gibsonsitalia for being the backdrop to so many of our life’s sweetest milestones.
