Were you advised to DISCONTINUE HRT after 5 years of treatment post-menopause? I’d love to hear your experience with HRT and seek your guidance if you are willing to share your story🤍❤️🤍 My last period was at age 55 and the night sweats resulting in severe disturbed 🛌 led me to HRT and 5 very happy years of slumber and rested days😴 At age 60 on 2016 I was advised that HRT was no longer an option due to the thinking of that time. Fast forward to 2026 as I close in on 71 with sleep disturbances that are not sustainable AND my bones have not been protected by HRT for 10 years, resulting in spinal compression fractures which left me miserable for the last 18 months while I sought answers to the pain. I am currently on a 3 year regimen to build 🆙my bones and am starting to seek out professional and personal thoughts 💡 on adding HRT to the mix. NEVER STOP 🛑 MOVING‼️ Daily Pilates Reformer, except when out of town, averaging 25 classes a month and just reached my 250th class milestone at The Good Place. Recognizing my mentors who encourage me from afar through their fitness expertise: @call_me_a_gypsy @fionalambertofficial @gailgenslerofficial @modernbodiesfitness Sheila, Fiona, Gail, and Bobbi bring encouragement and expertise…it’s like having my personal coaches. Most importantly, I feel a sense of caring emanating from each of them in their posts and comments. DOES ANYONE ENJOY THE MOVING RITUAL OF: 👍Purging 👍Packing 👍 Unpacking 👍 Putting it all away I am in that depressing section of the moving process with boxes 📦 everywhere, trying to locate this and that, finding just the right spot for everything. I was certain that I had purged enough with 4 @therealreal pickups, a Goodwill drop off, packages sent to my same-size daughter. I am rather amazed at how much is left and I will not be surprised if those items I deemed necessary won’t really be needed after all. I was impressed by @jenniferthehappymaverick’s moving adventure, recently posted, and aimed to emulate her. No, I am no Jennifer, let me to tell you 🤪 At the moment, two days in, and also working on a consulting gig, I am overwhelmed with what’s left to do. I do enjoy the purging process, yet am appalled at what is left to do😳😳😳 xo, Nancy Moving advice, anyone? Drop a comment ⬇️ PS:Apparently I am getting older.
