It’s been a wild ride since I saw that first picture of myself in 2012 weighing 331lbs.

It took me quite awhile before I even started losing weight, but after 2 miscarriages I knew I needed to get my shit together. I found Zumba and the game changed.

I weight around 220lbs in 2014 when I got pregnant with our 3rd who joined our family in the spring of 2015!

After him I got to my lowest weight of 145! Still struggled with anxiety and depression so ended up on meds which made me gain some weight.

Pregnant with number 4 in 2019 and gained like 60lbs! 😧

I was at a loss and didn’t know what to do. Insert home workouts and coaching and I’ve lost the baby weight and then some. But the biggest change is how damn good I feel inside and out!!

There is no timeline when it comes to getting healthy. It’s a lifestyle ❤️ it’s never too late to start taking care of you!

My husband would argue I’m just as guilty, but that’s not what we are discussing today now, are we? 😂

Did you count how many? There were six 🤦🏼‍♀️ that doesn’t count ones I had already turned off 😂
