✨ One year ago today, I said yes to something new with Shaklee. I had no idea how much it would change my life.

What started as a simple goal to feel better has turned into so much more. My home is cleaner, my energy is higher, and I truly feel the best I have in years. This past year has been filled with growth I didn’t think was possible — more confidence, more joy, and so many new friendships.

And to top it off, I’ve even created a little extra income doing something I love!

💚 This week my team and I are hosting a Facebook Open House!
Come see what being a Shaklee Ambassador is all about and hear from amazing women who are doing this and absolutely loving it.

If you’re someone who’s passionate about health and wellness, wants to feel your best, or is looking for a way to earn a little extra while doing something meaningful — this could be for you too.

👉 Comment CREW below and I’ll send you the link!

𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐬 💕☀️🤠🧴

What started as a leap of faith into a new business turned into something so much more. None of us knew exactly what we were getting into, but we said yes — together.

This weekend was packed with boat rides, concerts, sunshine, belly laughs, and a whole lot of skincare talk 😄. We found each other through social media, but now? We’re more than teammates — we’re best friends.

This weekend filled my cup and reminded me how powerful women supporting women truly is. Here’s to growth, friendship, and everything that’s still to come 🥂💫

A weekend with the girls was exactly what I needed. This community—this incredible team—I’ve been so blessed to have in my life.

From the business chats to the life talks, the late-night singing of old-school country, and the laughter during our skincare routines… every moment was one for the books. This year marked the beginning of something new for all of us, but the best part is that we took the leap of faith together.

I can’t wait to see what life brings for each of us—not only in this business but also as a team, growing, supporting, and making the best memories side by side.

Cardio workouts can take on many different forms. There is some speed in this one but so much dynamic movement to really make you move like an athlete! Stabilize the core and movement in the hips!

These movements aren’t difficult and train your body to move the way it should! I really love this program! When it came out a couple years ago I almost didn’t give it a try but I’m so glad I did!

Had the absolute best weekend with the crew. 👯‍♀️

I won’t lie I was feeling very worn down from mom life lately, and taking a few days away to refuel myself was just what I needed. I feel refreshed. My cup is full, my soul is happy. My fire has been reignited.

It also still blows my mind that all these women came into my life because 5 years ago I decided to say yes to loosing the baby weight.

I was the person who started this journey thinking I didn’t need the community aspect, but I was soo wrong. These women have become some of my best friends. And let’s be honest finding and making new friends in the mix of mom life is HARD.

But our crew of ladies is amazing. We all come together and it is always a good time. To be surrounded with people who truly want to see you living your best life feels so good.

So yes I didn’t start for this reason and was naive thinking I didn’t need it. But this weekend was my reminder oh how much I do need and appreciate all of them being in my life.

So if you watched this past weekend and thought damn that looks fun, your right 😝
But you could also be there next year for all the fun with us!! Comment FUN to learn more.

💜find your crew.💜

Social media brought us all together. Strangers with common goals. Instant friends. The best of them.

I was never really a “girls girl” and i have girlfriends I love but when I found this crew…man🥰 dancing, laughing, concerts, dreaming, setting goals, working on our health and wellness with a side of balance.😉

I never seen myself here but boy am I glad I am. With goals in mind and the best people to push you and be beside you.

If you feel like it couldn’t be you, I challenge you. It can!

So many times I would see pictures or videos of ladies together on a trip having the best time while I was at home. I would always be so jealous. Watching them go to concerts, have drink, be out on the water just having fun. I wanted that to be me. I wanted to be with them. I wanted to be able be one of those people

All because I said yes to myself. I have been given the opportunity to meet all these amazing ladies. I have made friendships that will last forever. I have met people who support me through life.

If you were sitting on your couch at home watching me this weekend and pictured yourself with us next year, let’s make it happen. Let today be the day you stop with the excuses and get to work.

Comment or DM me “💜” if you want to join us next year and we will chat on how you can get started.

The recovery work is probably the most uncomfortable part of working out and taking care of myself but it’s also the most needed! I have dedicated a day per week to foam rolling and recovery work as I’m getting back into harder workouts. There is no doubt I’d rather not do it but I feel so good after!

How often are you doing recovery work?

What if the reason you can’t stop watching my journey is because you’re supposed to be doing it with me??

Maybe it’s for your health journey. Maybe you need a change. Maybe you have goals. Maybe it’s the business. Maybe you want to help people. Maybe you want to make an impact. Maybe you want to do what’s best for your family. If you’re feeling that tug on your heart for change, stop ignoring it. Life is too short not to chase that tug and see what it’s all about.

Drop a ❤ if that maybe is YOU and I will get you the link to a private FB group to come learn about being a BODI partner and our stronger together crew!
