Youโ€™re welcome ๐Ÿ˜‡ #pilatesinspo #reformerflow #pilatescommunity #pilatessydney Start with staggered hinge, into straight back leg lunge Add scooter & row into lunge, stay down lowww Add plank to pike, hands to box, feet to headrest, return standing leg, start all over again ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ Finisher; plank to pike holds, add rows in between. These are tough, trying to keep your hips still w no springs ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ taken in The Blissed Out Movement by @mrswhite._
