Lou @loukew got me these sweet Lake cycling shoes 3+ years ago. Today I wore them outside for the first time. It’s been that long since I rode outdoors in kit. She just got some new custom ones with pink so I thought I’d try to match. 🤣
Lou also recently connected with @insta360 so I took one of the cameras today on my spin with a great video planned. I’ve got to practice some because the road riding will make everyone motion sick and my @munzeeapp video is landscape instead of portrait! Oops.

I’m doing a charity bike ride with @inspiringleadership.foundation next month so I’ve been training for it. Stay tuned for info on how you can help me make it happen! taken in All Saints' Church Marlow by @mrvardeman

Big news for 2026… we’ve made it even easier to be part of something special.

Join us for Ride to Inspire 2026 — a fully supported, unforgettable 3-day cycling challenge from Silverstone to Anfield — now for just £199.

Covering 165 miles across three incredible days (14–16 May), you’ll ride alongside an inspiring community with full support throughout, including ride leaders, mechanics, vehicles, and water stops. Your experience includes two nights of hotel accommodation with meals, an exclusive pre-ride dining event at Silverstone Museum, and a VIP matchday experience at Anfield to finish in style.

Every rider will also receive an official Ride to Inspire cycling jersey and water bottle, plus return coach travel back to Silverstone.

More than just a ride, this is a chance to make a real impact. We ask each cyclist to aim to raise £800 in support of the Inspiring Leadership Foundation, helping create life-changing opportunities for underserved communities.
