Life feels like hanging inverted in an aerial hammock lately.. slightly jolty, calm, and slow through the little transitions. Blood flowing to the head welcome. Hanging around, making moves. Pause for sensations. Enjoying new skill challenges and time with sweetie darling dears 🌚🌝 summer shifts to fall and I love this evidence of delighting through it all by @ms.cheesecorner

Transition into 31
With you was much more fun
You who have time shared with me
To lend loving Energy for the growth of this tree
Stump
Last year really had a lot of bump bump,
Slide to still
The roots are finding new spaces to fill.

Transition into 31
What cycles of solar laps we have run
Or skipped, limped, a few times crawled
Tumbling through a finish line we had once called:
That would be *air quotes* "made it"
Now it seems enough just to not quit
Or else leap off into abysses unknown
With a certainty that we are never alone. by @ms.cheesecorner

Escape from the mundane plane
Into the world of color 😉

Some of the glories of July 😌 Chek Integrated Movement Sciences Level 1 training in England, spending time with my brother, walks in fields, walks in forests, walks in the dunes. Ooooowee that sweet May goodness 🌼🌱🙏🏻 Second month in a new home and it has felt like something between a whirlwind week and oxidized yellowing years. I feel supportively held by these beautiful beings and maybe most importantly, increasingly more held by myself 😌 I'm here for all of it. Thank you thank you thank you 🚀 by @ms.cheesecorner

January portals of wintering and a slow build. I am immensely grateful for the loving support of family, friends, and the foundations that help my body, mind, and soul navigate jumping through reality transitions (moving, sleeping, breathing, thinking, eating, and hydrating) as best as is possible... sometimes fumbling, often stumbling, and ultimately edging closer toward the presence I want to embody and the service I want to share.
It feels good to feel more movement after sitting in the waiting waters of unknowing. Life works in beautiful and mysterious ways ❤️ by @ms.cheesecorner
