Still Becoming 🤎

Same woman. Different mindset. Different habits. Different commitment.

And the best part? This is only the beginning. 💪🏽🧘🏽‍♀️

I’m sharing this because I know there are women who look at themselves and think, “I want to change, but I don’t even know where to start and where will I find the time.”

Trust me… I understand.

I’m a plus-size woman, a mom, a business owner, and somebody who is learning how to balance taking care of everyone else while making myself a priority too.

This journey hasn’t been perfect. But every workout, every better choice, every walk, every time I chose to keep going it all added up.

And now I’m taking everything I’ve learned and turning it into something bigger. 💪🏽

I’m sharing my workouts, realistic meals, weight-loss tips, and the things that have actually helped me along the way on my fitness page.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that our bodies change and that’s okay.

As we get older, have children, juggle careers, and pour so much into everyone else, our metabolism changes. Weight doesn’t come off as easily as it once did, and there are moments when it can feel incredibly discouraging. I’ve been there.

There were days I questioned myself. Days where progress felt slow. Days where I wondered if all the hard work was even worth it.

But I kept showing up.

This journey has taught me that believing in yourself is just as important as the workouts and healthy meals. You have to keep going even when you don’t see immediate results, because every healthy choice is an investment in the person you’re becoming.

Today I’m 68.8 pounds down, and while I’m still working toward my goals, I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come.

If you’re a mom, if you’re starting over, or if you’re feeling discouraged because your body doesn’t respond the way it used to, please don’t give up on yourself. Be patient. Be kind to yourself. Stay consistent. Your journey is yours alone, and every small step forward matters.

Believe in yourself before anyone else does. One day you’ll look back and realize that every challenge was shaping the strongest version of you. 🤍✨
