Started another year around the sun...Texas style! I came straight to the B.I.G. Summit from Sundance and more to share soon but wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of the birthday wishes before getting glammed up for the gala. Feeling grateful & ready to make more memories with my people. Much love & gratitude... 🙏🏻💖 by @ms.yconnects

I had such an amazing experience partnering with @satifilms to bring her vision to life for @bloodandgloryfilm thanks to @womeninmediainc. I second this sentiment below... please support on this Giving Tuesday.

~Reposted from @satifilms This #GivingTuesday, please donate to @womeninmediainc. Three years ago, I had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of their Cameraderie Initiative, and it truly changed my life. I got to work with an amazing team of artists and advisors. Our film premiered at Tribeca, won several awards at other festivals, and became a tool for advocacy around the issue of female veterans facing homelessness and period poverty. What an incredible journey it's been. I'm forever indebted and grateful to this team, and encourage you to support @womeninmediainc so they can continue their programs and keep making more dreams come true.

We all need a moment to sit still, reflect & use/learn tools that assist in the journey of life. Grateful to do just that & expand my circle at @omegainstitute this past weekend. Thank you @robynnmoreno for creating the space & guiding us. Ometeotl. 🙏🏼❤️

Sitting in circle ⭕️ underneath a grandmother tree. So grateful to this group of guerreras who I had the honor of teaching and learning from this past weekend @omegainstitute.
Still sitting in all the goodness, but the more I walk this path, the more I see that corazón does truly heal corazón and real magic doesn’t come from spells or potions but from the power & vulnerability of heart connections. Feeling so grateful 🙏🏽
Ometeotl!

I am spending this Thanksgiving with me, myself & I in the Costa del Sol and beyond grateful for this experience. As I soak up the view from my terrace & reflect on my own sacred journey (yes, like our film title), I have been reminded of some of my many blessings...

- my health
- my family & friends
- my fur baby whom I miss like crazy every day
- my Sundance family
- my film teams/family
- the individuals that have always believed in me and are cheering me on as I develop projects of my own
- my new friends whom live in this beautiful country and some from around the world who were also passing through

Spain has embraced me and provided all that I came here for and more. As I write this, tears are forming (this has happened countless times over the past month+) and I am sending so much LOVE along with the energy of these waves to each of you. I am thankful for you today & ALWAYS. 🙏🏼❤

BTW, your necklace has been on this adventure with me and I know it's kept me safe... thank you Aquarian sis, @ilaments!

Nature's magic... it's important to slow down & soak up these moments, especially in the midst of pre-production. 🕉
