Happy Tuesday! So the picture I took last week at the gym made me proud! I have my ups and downs! Lately, I have been really focusing on my journey! I can see a difference from last year to this year! When I say, this stomach and these back rolls are stubborn lol! But I am truly grateful for the progress!!! by @msericasharese

For the last 20 years I have always been into working out and improving my health! At my highest weight, I was 230 lbs!

An old friend, maybe about 3 years or more ago bought me these pink Nike shorts lol! When I tell you, they were so small(size medium) lol! I thought I would never get into these shorts! Guess what!! I can fit them lol! I still have work to do but just thought I would share!! by @msericasharese
