We’re officially in our STRONG GIRL ERA 💪🏽✨
Shout out to Coach Jaszy and crew for pulling up!!!

This isn’t just about workouts anymore…
This is about women showing up for themselves in a whole new way.

Mentally stronger.
Physically stronger.
Spiritually stronger.

Every class, every rep, every drop of sweat…
these women are building something deeper than just a body.

They’re building discipline. confidence. power.

And the energy in that room?
UNMATCHED.

If you’ve been watching… it’s time to stop watching.
Come step into it.

This is where transformation really happens.

Let’s work. 🔥

I tease him all the time but this kid, my nephew shows up. I know I yell at him but even when I think he’s not listening he really is. And I am so proud of him. Derrick keep shining baby boy @msericasharese @ddonthego24

Lower body acceleration starts with how you move, not how hard you go.
Yesterday Mason, Derrick, and Luca focused on posture, force direction, and clean first steps — building habits that transfer to the court and beyond.

Upper body today was all about fine-tuning what Erica already started. Sharper control, better lines, stronger connections. This phase isn’t about starting over — it’s about polishing the work and letting consistency do the rest.

Lower body locked in today 🔥 Erica stayed patient in the reps, owned every inch of the movement, and put the work where it counts. Strength, control, and consistency — that’s how lower body changes happen.

🔥 HIIT BACK DAY 🔥
Fast pace. Tight reps. No shortcuts.

Today’s HIIT back workout was all about burning fat, activating muscle, and building separation under fatigue.
Heart rate up, backs on fire, and the work got DONE.

This is how backs tighten.
This is how results show.
Unbig My Back — still locked in. 💪🏽🔥
