Officially completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Excited to join my fellow cohort members in New York next week.

This 12-week experience was less about learning how to run a business — and more about refining how to scale one intentionally. It also gave me the opportunity to connect with and learn alongside an incredible cohort of established business owners from across the country.

Over the past several months, I’ve had the opportunity to strengthen strategy, evaluate operations, and further develop the long-term vision for K Smith Company and Caseflow Financial. Being surrounded by accomplished business owners reinforced the importance of structure, leadership, scalability, and operational excellence when building a sustainable company.

Grateful for the experience, the connections, and the continued growth. Looking forward to what’s ahead as we continue expanding our impact and serving clients nationwide.

I’m honored to share that I’ve been appointed to the Board of Directors of Ethos Classical. 🤍

Education has the power to shape futures, strengthen communities, and create opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom. I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring my experience, perspective, and passion for service to an organization committed to helping scholars thrive.

As I enter this new chapter of leadership and service, I’m reminded that impact isn’t just about what we accomplish for ourselves. It’s also about where we choose to pour back into others.

Grateful for the opportunity. Excited for the work ahead. ✨

Honored to officially become a Charter Member of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Cobb County Area Section and to serve on the Board as Internal Auditor. 💜✨

NCNW’s legacy of advancing opportunities and advocating for women of African descent, their families, and communities is one I’m proud to help carry forward.

Leadership is about more than a title. Leadership is about service, responsibility, and creating impact that lasts. I’m excited to build alongside this incredible group of women and help establish a meaningful legacy.

Chapter 40. 🤎🎂

And somehow, I ended up exactly where I needed to be.

Martha’s Vineyard was the perfect place to welcome this new decade—surrounded by beauty, community, culture, and a sense of calm I didn’t know I needed.

I’m entering 40 with a full heart. Grateful for every lesson, every answered prayer, every closed door, every new beginning, and every version of me that carried me here.

No long list of resolutions. Just peace. Presence. Gratitude. And excitement for everything still to come.

God has ordered my steps this far, and I’m trusting Him to lead me into this next chapter. I can’t wait to see what He has in store. 🙏🏾✨

Honored to attend Advocacy Day at Atlanta City Hall as Councilmember Michael Julian Bond presented the @atlantablackchambers with an official proclamation recognizing its impact on our city’s business community.

It was a pleasure celebrating alongside Atlanta Black Chambers President Melvin Coleman and fellow Chamber members. As a new member of the Atlanta Black Chambers, I’m excited to be part of an organization that’s creating opportunities, building connections, and championing Black-owned businesses. Looking forward to what’s ahead!

Leadership is about more than campaign promises. It’s about accountability, action, and results.

I appreciated the opportunity to hear directly from @jonossoff and his willingness to answer the hard questions and discuss the issues that matter most to our communities. As we approach this election, I hope we all take the time to look beyond the headlines and campaign slogans. Research the record. Ask the tough questions. Follow the facts.

Our voices matter. Our votes matter. The future of our communities, our rights, and the next generation depends on electing leaders who don’t just say they care but who can point to the work they’ve done to prove it.

Let’s stay informed. Let’s stay engaged. And most importantly, let’s show up at the ballot box. 🗳️💙

Also, thank you to @sen_alsobrooks for leading such a thoughtful and engaging conversation.
