The classic Halloween movie is about to get messy. You suggest three drinking rules for the cast to follow and watch chaos ensue.

Get ready to be charmed by a trio of queer icons for a night of all-singing, all-dancing, all-drinking nonsense parody. "Hocus Poke Us"

“Very funny, good audience inclusion, very gay ***** ”

“Silly improv nature, excellent skilled performers and such a fun time! ***** ”

“absolute unhinged chaos ***** ”

Went to The Queen’s Reading Room Literary Fest at the vast and beautiful Chatsworth house this past Sunday.
Pics are:
1. Fountain at Chatsworth
2. A sneaky pic of Clare Balding’s melon from far away in the back row. Her discussion was terrific. She’s a hoot.
3. Went to see Jennifer Saint as well. She’s brilliant. Look her up if you like novelisations of Greek mythology that you will simply burn through.
4. The countryside
5. Post pub-lunch at Prince of Wales in nearby Baswell
6. Cemetery near the pub.

A big old treat to attend my second TIFF. Here are some pics—mostly of the post-film panels with the creators.
1. The Lightbox, TIFF HQ
2. James McAvoy and Smylie Bradwell for FAITH
3. Director Jonathan Schey, actors Taron Egerton, Mia Mckenna-Bruce, Charlie Clive, and Sophie Simnett for EVERYBODY WANTS TO F*CK ME
4. Rhys Ifans, Laura Linney, Monica Dolan for ONWARDS AND SIDEWAYS
5. Paul Mayhew-Archer for ONWARDS AND SIDEWAYS
6. Lily-Rose Depp and Kelvin Harrison Jr. for ALPHA GANG
7. Cody Lightning and I’m so sorry I can’t remember who the other gent was for SMUDGE THE BLADES
8. The cast of SMUDGE THE BLADES, who all deserve to have their names written out but Wikipedia wasn’t ready to furnish me with that yet.
9. Marc Fitoussi and Isabelle Huppert for ALL ABOUT CORINNE
10. More Isabelle Huppert because she deserves two pics
11. Florian Zeller and Javier Bardem for BUNKER
12. Javier Bardem pointing
13. Director Taimi Arvidson for CHEYENNE
14. Two of the documentary subjects (about female bronco riding) for CHEYENNE
15. TIFF moderator on the left with film director Leah Nelson for TANGLES

I enjoyed every film I saw on the slate. Not pictured, IN ALASKA which we had to dash after to make another screening, so I didn’t get to watch the panel. Also SHORTCUTS program.
Love the movies, me.
Follow me on letterboxd for reviews. I’m popcornhotdog over there. taken in TIFF by @mskatemccabe
