🍀🇮🇪 final day of the festival!

Highlights:
Getting to connect with @improvneil about the wildness of the timelines and staying connected since meeting some 13+ years ago in San Jose, CA when both of us were still quite early in what our respective improv journeys would become. Today, they’re quite rich and beautiful. ❤️

A quick coffee/tea/ breakfast with Kate McCabe @mskatemccabe and feel so seen and heard and loved in that moment. ✨🪩✨🪩✨🪩✨

Man, Belfast is a lucky city.

Had a crackin' time at @belfast_improvfestival meeting and watching a bunch of improv nerds rock out. Special shout out to @turtle.logic who were extra mint.

We smashed it @murderinccomedy , what a show!! I am forever learning and basking in the comedy prowess of the silliest sods. Such a lucky ducky! 🦆

Thank you @navarisdarson for imparting your Groundlings wisdom in a great workshop. We soaked it up like a yesand sponge. As well as our three minute inhaled lunch... 😂

And thank you @maggiecrone for being 10/10 funny lady and armed with such flattering photos.

I was very lucky to spend some time at TIFF, the Toronto Film Festival earlier this month. Just as a punter, a film nerd. I went with my excellent friend Kate McCabe and we watched many films, ate great food, sneaked in some nature (will be featured in another post) and even some bloody Jazz.

I’m in a black and cream checked Cub and Pudding dress with white headphone cables (don’t do wireless), red lipstick and wavy hair.

Photo dump of my NYC trip with @garydelaneycomedian
1. We walked across Brooklyn Bridge. I’m in a dress, Gary is in his Spaghetti Junction T shirt. Both a little windswept. One of the towers of the bridge is behind us.
2. I find influencers in the wild very entertaining so have started joining in. Here I am on the pebble beach beside the East River with the Brooklyn Bridge in the background. I’m swinging my arm up in the air doing a peace sign. Also, checked dress and all the bags.
3. Gary and I in the audience for Paranormal Activity which is brilliant! I’m in a dress with light bulbs on it. I’m holding up the playbill.
4. Same @zurikenya dress, Gary in his grey shacket. We’re in Times Square and I’m using the front camera (on 0.5) to do a selfie. I like it.
5. The Comedy Cellar sign on a black wall. We went to the Sunday show. Great line up. My favourites were @jarcuri @ryanhamiltone and @maddietwiener.
6. My amazing friend @mskatemccabe was in NYC at the same time as us. We had an ace brunch. This is us in Times Square.
7. The escalator down to huge @sephora. Gotta be done.
8. A pic on the wall in the excellent restaurant Gallaghers. It’s of a man. And on the frame it says, this is not Jeffrey Epstein. This is Perry Como.
9. We love love loved @schmigadoon. @sarachase_ @brightmansomesay @anagasteyer and the whole cast were all amazing. Would see again. This is us (me in a blue dress @cubandpudding like the red one) and Gary is in a Shrute Farms T shirt. Holding up our playbills.
10. Comedy cellar again. This is the colourful sign on the wall. New Joke Night. Great line up. My faves were @ethan.simmonspatterson @caitlinpeluffo @dansoder @jaredfreid @peter_revello
11. Anita Gelato. Downed the lactose tablets and dove in. Mine was chocolate and Gary’s was banana and chocolate.
12. In our seats @thegarden while it fills up for @harrystyles Night 01. Gary is in a checky Shirt, I’m in my ABBA tee. Harry was amazing.
13. Harry on screen and on stage in a sold out MSG
14. We met up with our pal @matt_kirshen who was also in town!
