I had the opportunity to walk through a pretty incredible property!

Located along the Sacramento River, this property sits on 4.12 acres right here in Sacramento’s Pocket/Greenhaven neighborhood. It’s hard to believe you can find this much land less than 10 miles from downtown Sacramento.

The property has an original farmhouse built in 1881 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a barn with 4 stalls, garages, established fruit trees, vegetable gardens, and even areas for chickens and ducks.

What really caught my attention is the potential here.
