POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Congratulations to the NINE Grounded agents who made the Million-Dollar Club for July! This means they've completed transactions totaling over $1,000,000 in consideration last month; that's no small feat. We're incredibly proud to work alongside such competent, cool professionals!

Thank you, Earth, for giving us a beautiful place to live. Happy Earth Day!
.
To celebrate, Grounded hosted the annual Earth Day River Cleanup last weekend and the weather couldn't have been better! Grounded agents and local community members came together to remove 297 pounds of litter from Mile 5 of the American River Parkway (after which, we treated ourselves to a cookout and cornhole tournament). This is our way of saying thank you to our planet. Join us next year!
.
And it goes without saying that we are endlessly grateful to our colleagues, friends, and family who participated in this event. You showing up makes all the difference - thank you!

On Tuesday, the Grounded team had a blast walking bikes down to the WEAVE office for donation. Nothing beats having fun while helping out our neighbors in Sacramento! Thank you again, Shelley and @rexhescock for your generosity in making this happen!

School supplies donated! ✅
.
Every year, thousands of local students face learning challenges due to a lack of basic school supplies. We believe that every child deserves the tools they need to succeed, and with the community's help, we made this academic year a little brighter for our young scholars at Washington Elementary in Midtown Sacramento! HUGE thanks to everyone who donated towards this noble cause!

What started as a very normal Thirsty Third Thursday with the Grounded team turned into a late-night blaze of debauchery too wild to share on instagram... Come hang out with us next time - different location each month! And thank you to @junglebird916 for hosting us and serving up some of Midtown's most fun drinks!

🏘️🏡🏠 Kicking off May feeling more prepared! Huge thanks to Neil Kalin from California Association of Realtors for educating our team on the looming industry changes coming this July. Navigating this dynamic market means dropping the tunnel vision and adopting new practices to stay ahead of the curve. Always be growing (and on weekends, showing)!

368 pounds of trash removed from the American River Parkway! Who says 4/20 is just for clearing your bowl? Our team took the high road and got down and dirty for Earth Day, clearing the way for cleaner river parkway and brighter futures! Thank you to all of our friends and family who hopped in on this joint effort! Together, we're blazing a trail for a greener tomorrow 🌳🌞
