What our customers have to say ➡️

Zoltán is a sculptor whose works can be found throughout Hungary. He mainly uses our larger chisels and appreciates not only the high quality of our tools, but also their aesthetic design.

For his first M-stein order, Renaud chose two finishing gouges and a 25 mm flat chisel. He was especially happy with how well the tools were sharpened and that they were ready to use straight out of the box.

Martin has been working with wood for almost 30 years and creates country and vintage-style furniture and home accessories. He owns some of our earliest chisels and especially values their durability.

Antonín also mentioned that the chisels survived the rough treatment from first-year students and still carved beautifully. He especially likes the steel of our tools and added that he would rather have three M-stein chisels than a whole set from a hobby store. by @msteintools

🪵 The N2s knife is back in stock! 🤎

The N2s is a version of our all-time favourite N2 knife with a narrower handle for smaller hands.

Both knives have the same 42 mm blade and are versatile tools for a wide range of carving tasks. Thanks to its short, straight blade, the N2 is also a great choice for beginners.

📏 Handle dimensions at the widest points:

N2: 24 × 20 mm

N2s: 20 × 16 mm

Which handle would suit you better, the standard N2 or the narrower N2s? 👇

🪵 Meet our HANDS-ON Carving Set.

A versatile set for hand carving, combining two carving knives with three small chisels.

🔪 The N5 is great for removing material and shaping larger surfaces, while the N10 helps with finer details and hard-to-reach areas.

⚒️ The three small chisels add even more possibilities for shaping and adding texture and detail.

What makes them especially handy? You’ll find all the tools you need for carving small figurines in one set from shaping the basic form to adding the finer details. The set is also a useful addition to your spoon-carving tools. 🥄

All five tools come neatly packed in a paper box. 🤎

🎨 Add some colour to your prints

A change of ink colour can give the same linocut a completely different feel.

Black will always be a classic, but why not try something softer, brighter or more unexpected?

We have a selection of @cranfieldcolours inks in our shop, so you can experiment with different shades and create a palette that feels like your own. 🌈

What colour would you choose?
