A new work is taking shape 🔥

Carving away, layer by layer. For this piece I’m using my new @msteintools carving tools, with their spectacular gouges allowing for a more expressive cut.

Still in progress ... Coming soon ...

A spoon for my friend and his son Kalle.
Kalle is growing up on the countryside, so he needs a spoon he can’t break 🦾🤦😂
Therefore I carved it in walnut, with spoon knifes from @msteintools, a carving knife from @landvirke, a stone from #thebeach and some walnut oil.

A fun little shelf head carving! This isn't my original design—I saw something similar a while ago, but I can't remember who created it. I really enjoyed carving my own version and bringing it to life.

“Urodzaj II”; i wanted to revisit the theme of pomegranates and figs that i had already explored before in my work. i rarely make prints in shape of a circle or a square; i feel the composition is more challenging. in the second version of “Urodzaj,” i added olive branch to the design; i think this makes the piece a bit more visually interesting. varied open edition (currently in shades of purple, since all these fruits come in purple varieties). 🫒 linocut print in purple ink on light beige paper with intertwined branches of pomegranate, fig and olives
