“Representing Ms. USA, this breathtaking national costume is a tribute to unity in diversity—a living canvas of cultures, histories, and identities woven into one. From the brilliance of its colors to the intricate details that echo traditions from around the world, each element symbolizes the voices that shape this nation.

Worn by a woman who embodies strength, resilience, and heritage, this design celebrates the beauty of being both rooted and evolving. The flowing cape reflects the American flag alongside global influences, honoring the idea that in the United States, cultures don’t compete—they coexist, uplift, and inspire.

Tonight, she doesn’t just represent a country—she represents a collective story. A reminder that our differences are not divisions, but the very threads that make us stronger together.

💚 World Mental Health Day 🌍

Healing begins when we create safe spaces for people to feel seen, heard, and supported.

As a mental health professional, advocate, and suicide attempt survivor, I know firsthand that asking for help is strength, not weakness.

Through my work with Xhale Healing and Wellness, United We Heal, and Modified Chicks, I remain committed to breaking stigmas, empowering communities, and creating spaces for healing.

💚 You’re only as resilient as your support system. When we unite, we heal.

🏆 Of all the moments I experienced on the international stage, this one means the most. ❤️

Winning the BEST ADVOCACY/Interview AWARD at Unity World Pageants is an honor that goes far beyond a crown, sash, or title.

My advocacy isn’t something I do just for pageantry. It’s the work I pour my heart into every single day. From breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and advocating for suicide prevention to creating safe spaces, empowering women, and serving underserved communities through my nonprofits, @unitedwehealinc and @modified_chicks And my partnership with @afspmaryland

As a three-time suicide attempt survivor, I know firsthand the power of having a voice, a purpose, and a community that refuses to give up on you.

To have that work recognized on an international stage reminds me that impact is greater than any title, and purpose will always be bigger than a crown. 👑

I didn’t start this work to win an award, but receiving this award reminds me why I started. ❤️

You’re only as resilient as your support system.

Here’s to continuing the work, amplifying voices, and creating spaces where people can heal and thrive. 🌎✨

My advocacy video for the internationals advocacy/interview area of competition. Representing my work with @unitedwehealinc @modified_chicks @afspnational

Advocacy is so close to my heart , the interview round is my favorite area of competition it’s where you get to have a regular conversation about you, your advocacy and how that pairs with the system and their mission. It’s authentic and true reflection of a queen!!

I prayed to God sharing my heart desires but for God to let his will be done because I trust that God will only open doors that should be opened. I left the USA as your Ms. USA and returned as Ms. Unity World Ambassador an international titleholder. I am still praying on how the pageant week went and also for discernment on this journey with this title but I always trust that whats for me will be for me.

✨ Grace. Purpose. Representation. ✨

Stepping into this gown as more than a contestant — I’m stepping forward as a woman carrying a mission, a story, and the heart of the USA. 🇺🇸👑

Every detail represents the woman I’ve become, the communities I serve, and the safe spaces I’m committed to creating so others can heal and thrive.

India, I’m ready. 🤍✨
