💚 World Mental Health Day 🌍

Healing begins when we create safe spaces for people to feel seen, heard, and supported.

As a mental health professional, advocate, and suicide attempt survivor, I know firsthand that asking for help is strength, not weakness.

Through my work with Xhale Healing and Wellness, United We Heal, and Modified Chicks, I remain committed to breaking stigmas, empowering communities, and creating spaces for healing.

💚 You’re only as resilient as your support system. When we unite, we heal.

【Day1 — After the Sash Ceremony 👑】

After the sash ceremony, we exchanged gifts from our countries.
So many beautiful gifts — each one is now a treasure to me! ❤️

My gifts were origami cranes, origami crane pins, and bag charms made from tenugui, traditional Japanese cloths. 🇯🇵

September 26 is the International Day for the Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons, so I folded the cranes with a prayer for peace. 🕊️

I made each bag charm with a different pattern, reflecting my advocacy: creating a society where everyone can express their individuality and live as their true selves.

After dinner came… dance time!! 💃✨
At first, everyone was tired, even as I went from table to table saying, “Let’s dance!”
But little by little, they joined in…!

I love how everyone got into the spirit! We felt so much closer in no time. ❤️
A heartfelt thank-you to the organizers for creating so many opportunities for us to connect.

And seriously — everyone could DANCE. They were so cool!!! 🔥
