Slowly creeping up to a smooth 10 reps. The depth felt good and the speed could be slowerand more controlled, but that will be come with practice and repetition. #fitlife #fit #bodybuilding #fitnessaddict by @mta_bodybuilding

The third set of 285 for 6 reps. Back Squats haven’t been my strong point when it comes to leg day but they a constant in my leg routines and have lead to better over leg development. I tend to focus on being consistent throughout each rep and each week increases the reps or the weight to keep the intensity the same, #fit #bodybuilding #legday#fitlife by @mta_bodybuilding

Christmas this year could have been very different for me, my family and friends.

Dec 1st 2025 I was driving to work and another driver made an insane decision of trying to make a u-turn on the highway because he missed his exit. Unfortunately for me I was in the middle line when he attempted this movement cause me to collide into him.
Lucky with the way of the impact happened and whatever creature is looking out for me I walked away from this accident with minor injuries physically.
The downside mentally is it brought back memories of 5 years ago when a drunk driver T-bone me and 2 passengers at a red light in Lethbridge while we were coming back from a hike. I am grateful to be a live and walk away from 2 major accidents in the last 5 years without any major injuries.

This holiday season all I am asking for is for you all is to make the best decision while driving and please don’t drink and drive. #drivesmart #drivesafe #dontdrinkanddrive by @mta_bodybuilding

Steady progression on strength and stimulation will lead to much need size too my legs. The hack squat has been a staple too this growth phase that I have quite enjoyed. #bodybuilding#classicphysique #bodybuilder #fit #cpa #fitlife #npc #fitnessaddict #fitness #fitnessjourney #ifbb #openbodybuilding #legdayworkout #legworkout #legday by @mta_bodybuilding

Threw up of the 130’s for a dirty 4 reps. Thanks to my buddy mark for the spot. Something about @kings.fitness makes you feel stronger #bodybuilding #fit #cpa #classicphysique #bodybuilder #fitlife #npc #fitnessaddict #fitness #fitnessjourney by @mta_bodybuilding

Took the 120’s out for a spin on incline press. Felt good and stable. #bodybuilding #classicphysique #bodybuilder #fit #cpa #fitlife #npc #fitnessaddict #fitnessjourney #fitness by @mta_bodybuilding

Trying something a little new for me RDL’s on the belt squat. They felt significantly better than doing them on a smith machine which is my current method on my plan. Felt it through my glutes and hamstrings more, and I felt it less on my lower back.#legdayworkout #legday #cpa #fitlife #bodybuilder #bodybuilding #instafitness #fit #npc by @mta_bodybuilding

A little shoulder action this morning. 95’s for one set of 12 and 11 reps #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #classicphysique #cpa #fitlife #npc #npc #fitnessaddict #fitnessjourney #fitness by @mta_bodybuilding

A gentle start to my morning. Some incline db chest press. Been focusing on the depth of the movement and speed too maximize the impact of each rep and set. #bodybuilding #fitnessaddict#classicphysique #fit #bodybuilder #cpa #fitlife #fitnessjourney #npc #fitness #supplementworldsunridge #chestworkout by @mta_bodybuilding

The body says chest and arm pump but the mind says sleep. A little push action before work.#bodybuilding #fit #fitnessmodel #fitness #fitnessjourney #fitnessaddict #bodyconfidence #bodybuilder #classicphysique #chestworkout #chestday by @mta_bodybuilding

Current shape, still holding strong. I began a new workout plan last week and I'm preparing to start growth phase 1 in August. I have over 20 pounds of stage weight I can comfortably put on before hitting my weight cap. #cpa #fit #fitnessjourney #fitnessaddict #fitlife #classicbodybuilder #npc #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #classicphysique #instafitness by @mta_bodybuilding
