For 25+ years, Gary has been our dedicated High Performance Provincial Coach with MTC Triathlon, bringing a wealth of knowledge, experience, and his great sense of humour to the sport.

Gary tailors his coaching to each athlete’s individual needs, helping them grow, develop, and achieve their best. He also surrounds himself with other professionals to provide athletes with the expertise and support they need to succeed.

Thank you, Gary, for 25+ years of dedication, mentorship, and laughs! 🏆

A weekend filled with teamwork and determination from our MTC athletes at the National Championships in Victoria BC. They braved 12 degree ocean temps🥶 and had their final race switched to a duathlon! But that’s triathlon: adapt, embrace the challenge and keep moving forward. Proud of how our athletes handled the unexpected and represented our province on the national stage. Congratulations to @champagnerielle on making A side final and placing 9th as a Canadian Junior!Jillian Clarkson raced B side final and placed 8th with Patrick Desjardine also racing B side placing 18th👏. Thank you coach Gary Pallet for getting our athletes race ready! Thank you @94forward for hosting! We have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of Victoria this past weekend. by @mtc_triathlon

What an incredible weekend for our MTC triathletes at Canadian Nationals in Victoria! 🌊🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our athletes had the honour of racing alongside some of Canada’s top triathletes as part of the Manitoba relay team, proudly representing our province on the national stage.

Tucson Tri Camp this past week has helped set the stage for this year’s race season for these Manitoban athletes! They accomplished high volume on the bike before tackling the punishing Mt Lemmon climb, strong run miles, and ++ km in the pool. Thanks to @team_windburn @davelipchen @jmalenchak @jenniferonyskie and @barrie.shepley (an amazing host and coach) for this incredible opportunity. by @mtc_triathlon
