So…. Good morning all,

I haven’t been over to see the crew since the beginning of January. But, here they are post big rains and floods enjoying cheezits and peanuts today. they all came after just two whistles

Hi there Crew 💕,
I haven’t posted anything in awhile here. Ive been reeling it back and completing 2025 strong right to the last few days… what a ride this year has been in Socal. We started off with devastating, apocalyptic fires and we’re ending with lots of water and mud slides… in between it seemed like time frames were being compressed, lots of teaching and trying what works and eliminating that which didn’t without looking back. I just completed 155 hours of CEUs to get me confidently RCYT yoga alliance certified to teach kids , 60 of Mental health awareness yoga with Dr Lauren Tober and 95 through Zenergy yoga with Loraine Rushton. 💕
I wish you all success in the next few days of 2025, fiercely but compassionately cleaning house to make ready for 2026 to step off as a warrior…

Hey Crew 🙄,
Yeah, I do weird shit… Its all about the tools when we talk about self practice, find stuff that absolutely serves you. It doesn’t matter what it is, it needs to support you so don’t compromise here, get a nice
mat, rug, clothes the proper space or place that fits you and is sustainable ( this is a big one), these things are your tangible foundation, you shift from here…savvy? I could unpack this one deeper, but I think you got my point.

The word gets out that you roll with cheezits by @mtdesignworksyoga

So Crew….
Im late night pondering here in Ventura with smart/final brownies and coffee and the cat…
The ongoing theme for me lately is to teach what I really need to learn, to embody as a teacher of this thing we do… yoga.
My pondering mind, which seems to be infused with bizarre perspectives on life occasionally, was thinking about Patanjali and his timeless work of the sutras to be a working part of human reality.

Ive been sharing my perspectives of the Yamas/Niyamas from #Deborahadele in our Sunday meditation club. This past weekend I recapped the first 2, Ahimsa and Satya and shared on 3, Asteya.
Asteya asks me to look at ways I steal from my life and others. Its a big one… Can I just show up embodying the first 2, be authentic and present for the unfolding moment?

Its a trully amazing practice if you embrace it.
So… what the hell with the 100yr old chair and yoga?
It is yoga, its showing up and manifesting in the moment with whatever it is you do that is you.
Wholeheartedly engaged, surfing within the essence of the fullon…

Come and ponder stuff with us on the grass on Sundays from 5-6.
