2024 NGA Mr.Anthracite Natural/Mr.Coal Natural
Pro Qualifier

*Best Abs: overall competition - winner
*Men's physique heavyweight: 1st place
*Men's physique Novice: Runner-up

Thank you to all that helped me get to this point.

It's been a journey to get here...
I know it was more than 10 years ago, but I had to have 1-foot of intestines removed. I had a colostomy bag at one point! However, I never let that be an excuse. I've always worked hard to get my goals. Crohn's kicks my butt some days. I am tired, drained, and just would love to sit on the toilet and do nothing. Diet and exercise has been the key to me not having to take any biologics. Also, when you are active for so long - it becomes addictive :)

Everyday, can I look in the mirror and know I gave what I could to achieve my goals? I better be able to say YES!!! The only one I can blame is myself. So take responsibility and achieve those goals 😉

There is still more to accomplish in life. With the help and support of my family and friends, I will accomplish so much more. Thank you.

Champions are what champions do 💪

Saying goodbye to Small Girl. Even though she had been with us a year. It was the best year of her life :)

After being in the shelter for 4 years (and taken from an abusive home before that). My wife and I took a chance on this dog because if we didn't then she would live out her days in a shelter.

She went from being a dog that didn't trust many humans to loving every stranger she met.

You lived 15 years but just one with us but helped us through our grief of Penny. You showed us dogs just need love.

@isasancheztv and I are so proud of all that you accomplished.

Enjoy your long rest goodnight.

Congratulations 👏🎉

@ayden400h & @liza.ferro

I had an incredible weekend in Lake Placid celebrating Ayden and Liza! From the rehearsal and hiking to the wedding itself, everything was tremendous — the venues, the food, the people, the drinks, and most importantly, the memories.

I had the honor of being part of the wedding party AND serving as a Table Ranger at my table. 😂🫡 Apparently, my job was to get the table going (oh boy, did I) and we were the first table to get everyone together for a group photo!

An awesome weekend celebrating two awesome people. Congratulations again, Ayden & Liza! 🥂🤗

My wife surprises me with a sweet treat to celebrate the new school year. Thank you @isasancheztv

One donut per day until they are gone. How many people could do that??? 🤔 😂

Lunch date with my wife @isasancheztv

Delicious pizza and food @settantatrepasta

Met the owner Matt and he was knowledgeable about Celiac's (because of his wife). Safe to eat and both my wife and I enjoyed our food. Even saw they were selling @coccos.gelato taken in Settantatré Pasta & Provisions by @mtrendowski

Fun weekend with my dog 🐶🐕

Apparently, she loves the water. Whether we went hiking to some waterfalls to kayaking, she was a great sport and seemed to keep wanting to do more!

Small Girl kept trying to lean over the kayak (and almost seemed trying to tip us) 😂 she was just curious. She is a 15 year old dog, a rescue, my wife @isasancheztv and I have been fostering Small Girl for close to a year. The back story is sad, rough, and the growth Small Girl has made has been astounding. When I first met her and she tried to bite me to ridding in a kayak with me ❤️ to the constant wanting of love & affection from her family & strangers. One could hope Small Girl would get to this point.

In honor of Penny. The first senior dog Isabel C Sanchez Ch and I rescued. We have determined that we will continue rescue senior dogs (like Small Girl) because even if they are older, they have so much love to give. #adoptdontshop #rescuedog #doglover by @mtrendowski
