Rewiring Attachments workshop 💌❤️‍🩹📖

The workshop started off with a brief introduction by @thefridaycroissantclub before opening up to the circle for a round of sharing and intention setting. @francescapsychology then led everyone through the workbook, explaining the 4 different attachment styles and identifying our individual styles, with prompts for us to reflect on how they show up in our lives and how we can work on them. To close the workshop, @path_of_beauty_ facilitated a rebirthing breathwork session to let go of old beliefs that don’t serve us moving forward 🧚🏻‍♀️ by @mtxycaptures
