Mission is: create a space to explore the parts of wellness that often go unspoken. A space beyond Pilates classes and matcha lattes, to reflect on what might be holding you back, to show up vulnerably, and to feel supported by a group of like-minded women. A recap from our last event: Rewiring Attachments. It was a joy to co-curate this session alongside two incredible women (@francescapsychology and @path_of_beauty_ ). The openness and honesty in the room was something special. It’s easy to believe we’re alone in the things we struggle with, or to convince ourselves that our current situation is fixed and nothing can change. But the truth is, we don’t have to do it all alone and we can intentionally curate the life we want. Join @thefridaycroissantclub and be part of a community that’s doing the work, together. 📷 by @m.txy @mtxycaptures. Thank you so much for joining us. Who’s coming to the next one? 🙋🏼‍♀️
