Big wins at the Muay Thai Development League! 🥊🏅

Congratulations to our two students, Juliza and Sergio, who stepped up to compete at MDL Houston this weekend and came home with wins! 👏🔥

A big shoutout to Coach Mike for being in their corner, coaching and supporting them throughout the competition. Proud of the work being put in. Great job, team!

David is one of the friendliest guys at the gym... but we got to see a new side of him at MDL!

3 rounds are over in the blink of an eye, but the fight will test you like never before. Keep up your cardio, and breathe!
