What a privilege it is to dream, pursue, and experience an exceptional life with an exceptional love. We have never been as content as we are in this moment. Thank you to everyone who made this perfect weekend the greatest of our lives 👨🏾‍🤝‍👨🏻💍 by @muchadoandrew

Last year, I asked the masterful @logankophoto to help create headshots for what I hoped would become my author photo. Took longer than planned to get here but I finally have a good use for them! Swipe to see my fave at the end. by @muchadoandrew

MY DEBUT NOVEL IS GETTING PUBLISHED!!!

After almost 4 years of writing, @alcovepress will publish my queer tennis romance novel, GRAND SLAM, in 2027! How is that a real sentence I can actually say?!? 🎾🎾

There are too many people to thank for getting me here, so for now let me say a thank you to every person who has encouraged me, read early drafts and given notes big and small, taken a chance on me (looking at you @samhaywood_litagent ), and an early thank you to every person who will eventually read the story of Rory and Mac, my favorite little lovers. by @muchadoandrew

Deal News - Andrew Maguire’s GRAND SLAM

Andrew Maguire’s GRAND SLAM, is a queer annoyance-to-lovers tennis rom-com that follows a professional tennis player and a sports writer on the Grand Slam circuit. While the reluctant pair travel around the world, their working relationship excels, and their romantic connection soon follows. When rumors begin to threaten both of their careers, the pair face a decision: embrace life as a team or call game, set, match on their relationship, to Faith Black Ross at Alcove Press by Samantha Haywood at Transatlantic Literary Agency (NA)

Andrew Maguire has spent his career working in the global humanitarian and development sector, where he promotes youth development and child rights. During the pandemic, he became a convert to the romance genre. While he fell in love with the genre, he craved more queer male stories written by queer male writers. In 2022, he set out to fill that vacuum by creating a love story set in another industry with a lack of gay representation: men’s tennis. Andrew lives in Los Angeles with his partner Chris, where they host many game nights and Survivor watch parties.

Andrew Maguire is represented by Samantha Haywood.

Congratulations, Andrew!

A very mid-30s bachelor party in CDMX, planned to perfection by spreadsheet and itinerary queen @sarahsagan with support from @brolosco and @b_wads (still mad at bronchitis for way laying you). Ate good food, watched a drag cabaret performance, enjoyed deep belly laughs, and most importantly felt the love from near and far 🥰🥰 by @muchadoandrew
