Fun time with the crew in Washington DC!

We had to figure out the best gear to take to DC to light Day 1 interviews, so we kept it pretty simple with a 600x and a F22x. Utilising the windows and sheers, I think it came out pretty clean.

Shoutout to the team @jeremy_oliver_miller and @alexkiker12 for joining @mudfilms.us for this one! taken in United States Capitol by @mudfilms.us

A PA asked me what was the point of the box thing on the front of the lens, so I recorded my explanation haha.

So often, what feels like common knowledge, can be completely new to someone else. I love questions like this, cause sometimes I find myself struggling to explain the simplest things. My brain just knows what it is and why, and simple questions like this help me communicate what’s in my head, to the real world.

Anyways, here’s what a matte box does. taken in Jonesboro, Arkansas by @mudfilms.us

A new Alabama-made horror film is on the way.

Written and directed by @prowe28 Paul Rowe, the film follows a video store worker in the 1990s who starts digging into her missing sister’s documentary series, Southern Scares, and finds more than she was looking for.

The film was shot primarily in Columbus, GA and Smiths Station, AL, with additional scenes filmed in Pine Mountain, GA, Salem, AL, and Noccalula Falls in Gadsden, AL.

@treywalkerdop served as Director of Photography and Producer, with @lastcaressproductions and @mudfilms.us producing.

The cast includes @sydneygowan, @talen357, @emmagaines, and Dee Wallace, known for E.T. and Cujo.

Releasing June 16 on all major platforms.

Filmmakers + golf? Let’s just say, we’re much better at our jobs.

@mudfilms.us sponsored the @northsidepats cheerleaders and football programs 4 man scramble at Bull Creek.

We were the first to start and the last to leave, but we enjoyed ourselves and hope everyone enjoyed the tournament 😂

Special shoutout to @smashmouffilms for joining us! 🎥

Knocked out a fun one for The Bridge! We had 1 day to do a graduation, classroom and bus stop scene, but the team and all the extras, staff and help killed it.
