BIG CONGRATS 🥳 SOTM Muffy!

1. Age: 38
2. Profession: College Recruiter for FIU’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine
3. When did you first start training at WOFB and how did you find out about us? January 2026: Rima Avellan talked about her bootcamp at school! I had to join to make a change in myself!
4. Tell us about your sports & fitness background: I was in Color Guard in high school. I loved marching band and love to spin flag. I love Zumba; I love to dance it all off!
5. Favorite Exercise (or type of workout): aerobic exercises and running
6. Least Favorite Exercise: stairs
7. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and overall fitness since starting WOFB? I’m more energized and so excited to wake up and be able to go to the 5:45AM class and do group fitness! I really enjoy stretching out with Coach Cami and incorporating the things I learn to everyday practice! Ready to Rock!!
Maria, a.k.a. Muffy, you’re a SUPERSTAR! Keep showing up, putting in the work, and doing YOU! Your hard work, consistency, and dedication are not going unnoticed. We see you, and we’re so proud of you! Keep going – you’re doing amazing taken in Women Only Fitness Bootcamp by @muffybrown305
