Title :- Where Memories Take shape
Size :- 3.9ft ×3.2 ft
Medium:- Paper Mache and wire mache
This paper mâché sculpture explores memory, landscape, and subconscious experience through abstract organic forms. Inspired by journeys between Jammu and Himachal, it is shaped by lasting impressions of mountains, roads, and natural terrains.
The fragmented structures suggest an imagined landscape formed from memory rather than a specific place. Colour emerges intuitively from natural references, adding rhythm and depth to the surface.
The work reflects how remembered places remain layered within the mind and invites viewers to experience landscape as shifting memory and interpretation. by @mugdha__creation

Pursuing my passion for Fine Art (Sculpture Department) at MSU Fine Arts, 4 incredible years, final year display (2026), can’t wait to share my artistic journey and see the connections people make with my work. I’ve learned so much here, both practically and theoretically.
Big thanks to my Teachers , mentor @bishambermehta
My friends, my Parents , my elder sister and all of you who support me in my 4 years of journey. by @mugdha__creation

My sculpture has found a new home. 🏡🥺

Every sculpture carries a part of me ,my time, emotions, patience, and countless hours of making. Saying goodbye is never easy, but knowing it will continue its journey in a new space fills me with gratitude.

Thank you for giving this work a new home. May it continue to tell its story and create new connections. 🤍 by @mugdha__creation

Title :- A place lives in me before I arrive.
Size :- 11.5×11.5
Medium:- walnut wood and copper plate

This body of work explores an imagined understanding of Kashmir, a place I have never physically visited. My perception of it is constructed through memory, inherited stories, and personal imagination rather than direct experience.
The chinar leaf, familiar since childhood, becomes a central visual and emotional reference through which I construct this imagined landscape. It acts as a symbol of Kashmir as I have internalized it fragile, poetic, and shaped by distance.
A walnut wood plate, brought by my father, carries the weight of memory and inheritance. It becomes a physical connection to a place I know only through imagination. Within it, the chinar leaf is reinterpreted as a form that holds both personal and cultural memory. by @mugdha__creation

A wonderful day at the Experimental School, MSU Baroda, Vadodara, Gujarat. ✨
Spending time with these adorable little children was truly heartwarming. Through clay, they explored their creativity, imagination, and unique ideas, turning simple lumps of clay into beautiful expressions. Watching their curiosity and confidence grow throughout the workshop was an unforgettable experience.
Every child is an artist—their creativity just needs the freedom to shine. 🤍🎨🪴

Sharing my experience of doing smoke firing for the first time at my faculty, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda under guidance of Krishna Murti sir .It was an exciting process to witness how fire, smoke, and unpredictable marks transformed the surface of the ceramic work. The entire experience taught me patience, experimentation, and the beauty of unexpected results in ceramics and terracotta. by @mugdha__creation

Title:- Where land once lived
Size:- 2.4ft × 1.4ft × 1.1ft
Medium:- Stone and Brass

This work presents a map-like form placed over a cloth structure, appearing to lift a house into the air. The idea emerges from reflecting on recent events such as wars and conflicts, and how they deeply affect our lives and living spaces.
The rising form suggests instability, as if the ground beneath is no longer secure. It conveys a feeling of disturbance and constant change, where homes, environments, and resources are disrupted.
While the work hints at destruction and imbalance, it intentionally remains open-ended, allowing viewers to interpret and connect it with their own understanding and experiences of such situations. by @mugdha__creation
