Ich hab das Rezept von @flohrsmixwelt 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 und es ist so gut geworden. Also schaut auf ihrer Seite vorbei, wenn ihr gute Rezepte haben möchtet.

Ich habe die Proteinvariante gemacht, bestehend aus:
500 g Magerquark
240 g Dinkelmehl
60 g Proteinpulver
Eine Packung Backpulver
Ein Teelöffel Salz

Das Ganze habe ich dann im Thermomix geknetet für 1 Minute. Den Teig ausgerollt, dann auf Backpapier im Airfryer
bei 180° aus gebacken für 10 Minuten. Danach gewendet und noch mal 5 Minuten gebacken bei 180°.
