Thank you CCPS! It is the honor of a lifetime being elected to serve as your 2026-2027 Smob. I’ve spent the past year prioritizing and advocating for students all across the county and I am thrilled to be your voice once again. I cant’t express how much it means to me to be chosen for this opportunity. Every last step of this experience was worth it whether it was the eight hour board meetings, or the insightful school visits! Regardless CCPS we made it and together we are going to succeed. A special thanks to my video editor @lele4life_8 and my graphic designer @treasuredniya I couldn’t have done this without them. 💗 by @munachileads

Hi CCPS! At the start of April I attended the National School Board Association (NSBA) conference. I spent time learning how to be an effective leader for students! I want to take the information and use it to make sure I can serve you guys effectively next school year, if I were to be elected. There’s only 1 full day left of voting, let’s make it count! by @munachileads

I had an amazing time visiting John Hansen Middle school today!! The students were so kind and extremely insightful on changes they’d like to see implemented in our schools. Student input is the MOST important thing to me! Sorry to my eighth graders whose lunch I missed! 💔 by @munachileads

Thank you so so much Karis Pilkerton for your support!! Karis is a sophomore at La Plata highschool and I have had the honor of discussing a multitude of my plans and ideas with her during my term. Her opinions are always insightful and she reminds me why I do what I do, because I want to serve all of YOU!!

Endorsements from students part 2!! I am once again extremely grateful to these middle and high-school students who took the time to endorse me and my campaign! Advocacy starts with all students, no matter the age or grade they may be. If I were to be re-elected as your SMOB I will ensure all student voices are heard no matter the age or grade! by @munachileads

I had an amazing visit to Benjamin Stoddert Middle school! It’s always a pleasure to talk to students in our community. While discussing topics like community engagement, volunteering opportunities and ways to overall benefit student learning, it’s important to involve our younger students. These kids were so intelligent and gave me such amazing feedback!! by @munachileads

Hi Ccps!! Vote for a Smob that will advocate for YOUR needs. For the past year I have spent my time presenting to the board issues that are important to students. My job is not finished, I want to continue to be YOUR voice. Because when Munachi leads, everyone succeeds.

My Youth Empowerment Workshop was a huge success! I am beyond grateful to the community members who worked to help me make this event happen. I had an amazing group of students who were interested, engaged and ready to learn and enrich themselves. I’ve been planning this event since the start of the year, so to see it all come together and the representation from across the county was truly amazing and so so so rewarding. If I were to be re-elected I would love to continue doing events like this. Thank you all!! And a special thank you to @snaps.by.kenna for these amazing pictures!!
