The Banks Of The Marne by Paul Cezanne, France, circa 1888, Oil on Canvas.
The tonality of the coloring is determined by the green trees and bluish air, made almost thick and tangible by the will of the artist. Cezanne brings out the clear structure of the material world and endows nature with a certain majesty.

Sky Above Clouds III by Georgia O'Keeffe, American, 1965, Oil on Canvas. Among the most dramatic and well-known images of O'Keeffe's later years are her cloudscapes of the 1960s and '70s. Traveling around the world, she was exhilarated by the views seen from an airplane window. She described the changing patterns and colors as "breathtaking" and was moved to interpret these sights and feelings in paint.

The Langlois Bridge by Vincent Van Gogh - In February 1888, Van Gogh headed for the south of France, to Aries, a rural, agricultural town nestled between the River Rhone and the wild countryside of the Camargue. He desired an unpolluted haven, a place of pure, clear colors and translucent light. Landscape scenes such as this, and paintings of trees and blossoms dominated his work as he immersed himself in the countryside. by @museodearte

Leonardo da Vinci possessed a genius which went far beyond being a remarkable artist. He was, perhaps, the first European interested in a practical solution to flight. Leonardo designed a multitude of mechanical devices, including parachutes, and studied the flight of birds as well as their structure. About 1485, he drew detailed plans for a human-powered ornithopter (a wing-flapping device intended to fly). by @museodearte
