I participated in preparing green bananas to make a Samoan dish called faʻalifu faʻi.

You boil green bananas, then drain and simmer in coconut milk, salt, and onions.

Convinced @youmtmt to get a temporary tattoo with Tongan design.

I got the princess band and he got a warrior band.

Kīlauea started erupting at the farthest lookout point when we were there, and it was already raining and crazy windy…

Pretty surreal standing there in the rain and wind while watching the ʻāina come alive with lava. 🌋🌧️
