Forgiveness.
Three generations of women lay in a bed, so much trauma held between mother and daughter..so much pain/anxiety/deflection and misunderstandings. My Zion has made it so that my mother and I have taken that pain, let it go and set ourselves on a new path of forgiveness. Growing up with a codependent relationship, my mother and I have learned to be friends more than we should have, we fought like lions, we cried together, experienced pain together, laughed together, and have grown together. With me being kicked out at the beginning of my pregnancy I learned a lesson called BOUNDARIES, ive learned to put myself and my family first, I’m learning to accept that my emotions/feelings are valid and deserve to be validated, I’ve fought to create my own space made of only love and joy, I’m learning to love myself and forgive myself for my fight or flight like trauma responses to hard situations, I’m learning to properly love my boyfriend without fear, I’m learning to be a fantastic mother to my Zion, I’m learning selflessness and too put my daughter above all things…with forgiveness comes so much peace..its a hard journey but it’s already such a beautiful outcome.

Life’s looking up! Coming to Hamilton in two weeks to come get my miss Zi. Got myself a new place I’m moving into on the 2nd, things are slowly but surely working themselves out. Life’s been so different lately.
Living as a single person has been strange but I’m doing it, life’s just been so slow . Miss Zi will be back in just 4 months and life will be back to being busy busy. Regardless I’m proud of the person I’m becoming for her! I got accepted into a psw program that I start in September and got a new job. Things are looking up, and I’m so cute while doing it😌🌹 by @mutha.zee_
