Mutual Alchemy has been my little secret buried deep in my heart for as long as I can remember. It’s this buzzing energy center of all the things I love… ritual, water, yoga, vintage, community, nature. Now that it’s out in the world, i’m feeling vulnerable. But excited to share this energy and I’m hoping you’ll come feel it too.

The name comes from my love of “mutual friends”!
Its the magic of the people who bring us together and create the beginnings of community.

And thinking about my childhood, around lake life, through ritual and movement, ive come to realize when I pour myself into this, its feels like I return to being Human again.
Phones away. Conversations deepen. Energy shifts. People remember themselves.

When we gather with intention and uplift one another, something subtle begins to transform.

That space between people…
that’s where the alchemy lives.

At home practice is a little harder nowadays, but I have been pretty consistent with getting to class. I think it actually helps me appreciate how slowly I move when I practice at home. Longer holds and slower movement are my bread and butter. It helps me to drop in. Anyone else agree?

Gratitude for my biggest class yet at the HIGH SUMMER Session on Aug 08🧡 Lets do it again this weekend!! I will be guiding us through a special 😉 hour long vinyasa flow. Bring your mat (I also have rentals), lots of WATER, and a friend! And this officially marks half way through the HIGH SUMMER Sessions (2 more offerings in Sept). I’m having so much fun.

Sooooo im processing everything as we go but HIGH SUMMER sessions in the park have been nothing short of invigorating, empowering, and inspiring 🩵

My heart pretty much explodes every time I see someone walking down the promenade, making their way to the garden and choosing to show up for themselves 🥰

It’s such an honor to hold space in a beautiful pocket of the city too!! I’m enjoying every second of it, and looking forward to learning from each person who steps onto their mat, each one offering a new perspective on the practice.

Feeling very grateful for this little thing we’re creating. And P.S. the next one (aug 22) will go a little differently but would love to have your energy there 🔥 link in bio to sign up (:

Stepped off the mat and into the (dance) studio for the first time in 20 years at @movement_collective… and wow you all are in great hands with Alexandra.

I can feel my inner child, baby brynn in the photo 🥰 and my hips… and my hamstrings… and especially my calves…

Putting yourself out there as an adult can be hard but I am so proud of myself for doing it. 💓

This week’s mantra: return to yourself.

We’ll spend Saturday exploring presence over perfection. Less chasing the “perfect” pose, more noticing what it feels like to simply be here.
