Spring has sprung in Charlotte 😌 and weekends 3 and 3.5 of yoga teacher training have already passed. We had a makeup weekend last weekend for the snow days we had back in February. Life is becoming very busy, but I cherish the sweet moments.. like galloping through Freedom Park with my honey <3 Always make time get outside my friends. Weekend 3 🧘🏾‍♀️ -watched half of Yoga Unveiled (4 hour movie on yoga philosophy -Marcy gifted us with 5,000 years worth of history on Yoga 🤍 -celebrated @charlotteyoga Carmel 1st anniversary!! -Terrie gave us a beautiful sound bath to end the weekend. I adore her 💓 Weekend 3.5 an entire weekend with Suz! 💓 -learning and teaching and learning and teaching -lots of assisting technique -practicing asana -finishing the weekend off with the 5:15pm deep stretch restorative class… oblivion What a beautiful process it has been. I can’t wait to share the love! #yogateacher #yogateachertraining #spring #naturelover
