My second competition in July was a match against @arashigarami on @grapple_house_invitationals. I didn't get the win, but I was still happy with how I did.

I competed on three consecutive weekends in July and thoroughly enjoyed the challenges!

The first was @empiregrappling Merseyside Open. Great to see Empire host a comp in Liverpool.

Decision loss on GrappleMax today. Fair play to my opponent @snipsbjj, took my back early on and I just couldn't get out 😅 pleased with how I defended though.

Thanks to the @grapplemaxuk team for having me on - phenomenal goodie bag for competitors and just a quality show overall! On to the next one 🫡

BROWN BELT MATCHUP GOING DOWN🔥

@mrneil24 has supported the show greatly and we finally get the chance to watch him in action in our most stacked card to date. We know he's very talented so we are excited to see him in august!

@mwjitsu is a very well seasoned competitor and has build up a great reputation across the UK! We are lucky to have him apart of NURO 3 💯

Great day today at the first @atq_open competing in the Advanced Open Weight category. 4 draws and 1 loss overall 🤝🏻

Enjoyed the round robin format. It was tough but good to get five fun matches under my belt, highlighted loads to work on moving forward 💪🏼

Lovely work by @wayne.dowling90 winning the intermediate tournament too!

The next competitor to the advanced category of the ATQ NO-GI OPEN is @mwjitsu 🔥

A BJJ brown belt with bags of experience & representing the top @tridentmartialartswirral team.

A serious competitor to the mix and definitely one who could take the £250 prize + ATQ gear. 🙌

It’s almost time. 🚨 by @mwjitsu
