Next level crispies! 🎉

My bf just substituted the rice crispies with my favorite Ohs! cereal. It was a quick, easy way to step up the classic childhood treat.

What favorite cereal of yours would you try this with?

We love soup. Who doesn’t?!

But it hits different in SE Asia when we’re already sweating! 🤣 And then we add chili to really heat things up! 🌶️

In SE Asia, soup is a common breakfast, as well as a favorite any-time meal. Almost every menu offers noodle soups. And it’s TOO GOOD TO PASS UP.

Do you think you would be able to eat a hot bowl in these temps?! 😅

Meal prep around here consists of using all the stuff in the fridge that is about to go bad! 👏🏼 #nofoodwaste

Ended up with
❤️ honey soy pork
🧡 chicken salad
💛 pork stir fry
💚 chicken flautas

Can you really #mealprep without a glass of wine? 🍷

6 years ago today was our first Taco Tuesday.

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that I would drive 40 minutes for al pastor tacos and end up with a boyfriend (several Taco Tuesdays later). I have a video of me driving to that fateful night and I watch it from time to time smiling because I had no idea how much my life was about to change after exchanging tacos with Tony 😝🌮

This man has been by my side through ups and downs, good days and bad, grief, craziness, healing, and now unemployment. He has supported me and loved me wholly and unconditionally. I have never felt a love as big as his.

I can’t even tell you all the ways that he takes care of me. It’s not just that he makes me breakfast in bed almost every morning, or that he keeps the house clean for us, or that he rubs my achy back when I ask for it, and even when I don’t ask.

He really is my better half.
My partner in crime.
My adventure buddy.
My Taco Tony 🌮❤️

Happy Tacoversary @anthonybeeley. I love you like I love al pastor. A lot.

Fried elote balls!! We live in the southwest and we love #elote, but we had a #potluck to go to, and we wanted a more portable #sidedish to bring. So we deconstructed elote and fried it up. They turned out delicious and were a hit at the party.

Tony measured with his heart….
🌽 Combine corn, green chili, mayo, cheese, taco seasoning, flour, 1 egg
🌽 Roll a ball of mixture into panko crumbs and fry
🌽 Sprinkle with cotija cheese, and serve with a sour cream, cilantro, lime dipping sauce.

Give it a try and let us know what you think

The easiest way to make soup is just throwing a bunch of stuff in a pot that is about to go bad!! Clear items out of the fridge and pantry, and turn them into a pot of yumminess. We had corn on the cob and potatoes nearing the end of their life, so we tossed them into chicken stock from the freezer and had dinner in no time.
🧅🌽🥔
- saute onion, garlic, butter
- add any broth you have
- add potato, corn, jalepeno
- ENJOY!

Are you excited for soup season? 🍲

These tacos were “f#cking dope”🤣🌮

We brought #chimichuri #sirloin and #polloasado from @callesabor on a camping trip. They were easy to transport in the cooler, were loaded with flavor, and were super quick and easy to cook. The tacos were a smash hit. Grab some tasty meats at @safeway or @albertsons.

One of our favorite ways to clear out the fridge and use up #leftovers is to throw it all on a #flatbread. We even use leftover sauces we've brought home. Do you repurpose your leftovers? #nofoodwaste
